Jim Joice, Founding Partner
Jim Joice is a seasoned communicator and strategist who has served in the highest roles in state and federal politics, most recently as Chief of Staff in the US House of Representatives. Prior to his time in Congress, Joice was Executive Director of the Kansas Republican Party, where he advised hundreds of state and federal campaigns. In 2018, he crafted the Party’s strategy in the second congressional district, winning one of the most competitive races in the country that cycle. Joice has steered Members of Congress, State House Leadership, non-profits, and CEO's through various public relations and legislative battles.
Whether it be public relations, crisis communications, or general strategy, Joice has a wealth of knowledge and experience to not only take on our clients' toughest battles, but win them.
Eli Woerpel, Founding Partner
Eli Woerpel is an established and trusted advisor with nearly a decade of state and federal policymaking, coalition building, program management, government engagement, and regulatory experience.
Woerpel has served in several high-level positions on Capitol Hill, including as a Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives. Woerpel developed and executed legislative strategy on a wide array of issues including financial services, tax, trade, and national security policy.
Prior to Congress, Woerpel managed advocacy campaigns at the American Bankers Association, where he led grassroots engagement with the executive branch and Members of Congress. Woerpel has advised businesses and organizations on how to deliver effective messaging to Washington decision-makers, earning him a Trending 40 Association Innovator award in 2017.
